At DriftAway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
